2. Overview

This website is purely informational. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, or social media plugins. Personal data is processed only to the extent technically necessary to deliver the website, and when you contact us yourself.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps). The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files). This includes in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referrer URL, and your browser type and operating system. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. It is not combined with other data sources.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of our website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Microsoft pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

The website is delivered via a global network of servers, so a transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses. 4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps prior to entering into a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries addressed to us.

We delete your data once it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) apply.

5. Cookies and fonts

This website does not use cookies and does not store any information on your device.

The fonts used are loaded locally from our own server. No connection to servers of Google or other third parties is made when you visit the website.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

7. Your rights

Within the scope of the applicable law, you have the right at any time to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right to object: Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
